Sir I have ulcer on left side tongue which may be cause by broken teeth I have half broken teeth and it's sharp but its not going after 3 weeks also its curing I guess but slow it also giving me ear pains not regular but sometimes what should I do

Hello' My husband is suffer by  ulcer found inside the cheeks, and on the lips, tongue and it's below and they keep coming back. These ulcers are the size of the top of a pencil and can sometimes come in clusters and takes maximum  2 weeks to heal and they are very painful..
