Tooth and Mouth Problems

So I just got 2 molar teeth removed a little over 30 hours ago, and it seems to be healing fine. However, outside the actual socket itself has a little reddish yellow discoloration. I took a picture and drew arrows pointing to it, I'm on 150mg clindamycin 2 tablets 3 times daily.

I had a root canal treament before 12 years ago and doctor fix crown cap on my tooth but suddenly its fell out 1 years ago while eating so what should i do now should i have to fix it again is there any chance of serious risk if i delayed in it? Is there any chance of infection ?

The problem is in my lower front tooth. Something is coming off my teeth (maybe like a cap or something). It's continously hurting the tip of my tongue. It's definitely not some food item stuck in there.
