Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a root canal treatment before 15 years ago and doctor put cap on my tooth but now my cap has fell out it is necessary to put again?

Side two tooth's are having a black mark from roots. so how much cost it would we for removing those black marks.

I have viral and a sore throats and cold. But this morning added to all that I had ulcers in the back of my mouth and some cuts in my gums too. What's wrong?

Theres a small cut in the gums in the inner part of cheeks that is not heeling since 5 yrs. I have got it checked by many docs and ate a lot of medicine it isnt heeling.
