Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi ,my child is having ,white spots/patches on lips & tongue ...initially on lips/mouth layers ,,now seeing on tongue . Is it because of change of tooth paste.We recently tried adult colgate (instead of regular kids paste)

I got one of my wisdom tooth removed on the upper right side and havw noticed that my face has become thinner on that side. Is it possible to get an implant/denture or anything else to reverse it?

I have done my root canal of molar teeth past 5 month, it was done safely ,doctor said that u have to come for capping but i didn't go for that because of my full hectic day.

I am having a wisdom teeth in upper gum (since 4 yeats,& now it is half of the size of other teeth). But now for 4-5days i am having pain in the adjucent areas of cheecks, and it is spreaded to the lower jaw and throat. Affected part become red. Headache also comes. I can't open my mouth, can't eat any solid, or swallow. Having warm saline water.
