I have got done RcT about 6 years ago, my cap fell off, do I need to get the root canal treatment done once again

Hi I met local Dental surgeon he said wisdom teeth impacted which is inside gums and He said we must do operation which cost 8000 to Rs9000 And the right side of your face might not have sense bcs of Anethisa effect for 6 to 8 months. And doctor said we must do stitches after surgery. I do not understand we are in Modern technology and why so much of complicated process.. Please suggest me for Best laser treatment in Bangalore in less cost.
