RCT teeth came out with the crown

I had undergone RCT with metal posting on March 2017. Today my RCT teeth came out with the crown. Little bit of teeth is showing out from the gum. Please advise me what to do?

What is this?

It's been 4 days since my teeth extraction, my mandibular molar by my bottom wisdom, I had it clotted, then yesterday into today I've noticed it sort of dissolving itself. I've been doing my salt water rinse and being careful, I have no pain except slight in the morning but not bad enough really. Is this normal healing process??

Constant Pain in lower gum

My lower incisors are grinded to half due to oblique setting of my upper incisors. Now the problem has increased as my upper incisors now directly touches on my lower gum and it is paining unbearably. Your suggestions will mean alot.
