Tooth and Mouth Problems

In Aug'15 I had to done RCT in my front teeth after instruction from one of good dentist. In Aug'16 I had to done one more RCT in my left upper side teeth. And now my wisdom teeth started paining from last two months, that I can not tolerate it now. Recently I had visited to a good dentist and he asked me to have a Xray of your complete teeth that I also sending to you as well. Please advise me suitable treatment and also I would like to save my wisdom teeth, if possible any treatment other than removal of wisdom teeth.

Anytime I brush, I have blood in my mouth. My gums seem swollen and I will get a dull ache in different areas of my teeth. My braces did leave my teeth weak and they had to come off prematurely.

The doctor took an xray of my teeth and told me there is pus in teeth reaching bone so there is pain. Has prescribed me novamox Lb tablet and keratol lb tablets fr 3 days 3 times. Novamox is antibiotic, shall i take it or just pain killer and start wd rc treatment from my knwn dentist?
