I had a broken tooth on the upper part front. it is already shread off to the gumline. but it was not hurting or painful. but at the middle part of it. it had a hole. my question is. can i still be able to undergo a root canal surgery on my tooth if it is already shread off and it has a hole inside

Or is the amount is acceptable for this process.please advise
