Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir, from last 2 month I am suffering from excessive left eye twitching (lower eyelid)and facial pain , forehead pain and from last few days sometimes I felt left  cheek twitching and pain in jaw have also srarted. Feeling excess fatigue and anaxity full days upto bed time Plz guide.

I am 25 years old . I have been chewing gutka for last 4 years recently I have a gland on My right jaw it is painless . What does it show

Report of CBCT of my left maxilla:-> "Periapical lucency measuring approx 6.0 mm in diameter and extending to involve the adjacent tooth 12 is noted.the lucency has thin,corticated margins". kindly suggest me a non surgical procedure,which can cure it completely.
