Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have recently noticed some brown spots on my teeth near the lower gums and some in between the teeth.

I want to surgery 2 teeth to replace with artificial teeth. Let me know any good surgeon who can solve the problem in low budget. My location is Noida sector 41.

MY TEETH HAS BEEN CRACKED AND WHILE HAVING FOOD ITS HURTING INSIDE. CRACKED TEETH BECAME SHARP FROM EDGES.
