Tooth and Mouth Problems

I ma feelings irritation and pain in left part of inner mouth. it has been from 3-4 days. Don't know what to do.

I have a lump on the floor of my mouth. It has been there for about a month or two. I have been smoking for about a year. It is not painful and it's quite big in size. It doesn't hurt but when I play around with it using my tongue it hurts.

I am having tooth ache as 1 of my tooth is gone bad , so need a pain killer for that , please suggest

I have been facing bleeding gums from quite sometime. Everyday when I brush my teeth I see blood from gums coming out with every rinse. Even slight pressing while washing my face I spit slight blood. Is there any thing serious ?

As my sister have very little bit overbite and her age is 27 so it will correct at this age or not .How much costly it is ?

Starting in the late afternoon 4 and a half days ago my taste has become significantly more dull. I have no other symptoms, sense of smell is fine and I do not have a cold/fever. Nothing looks different in my mouth.

My sister broke her front left upper tooth in an accident.we went to dentist and an OPG was done,seeing which they said an extraction need to be done for the remaining tooth inside gum.but at the time of surgery they didnt extracted the tooth as my sister was crying.and place the implant by driling into the tooth .will it cause any problm in future

Hi, I am having tooth ache ..Need to extract teeth. But I am scared of pricks/needles. So dentists please suggest if there is any gel/cream/spray to numb the area prior getting injected.. Thanks.

Down the middle of my tongue is white and then back of it has large bumps. I didn't eat anything before this happened.

I have dark spots on inner wall of upper and lower lips, inside the mouth. They are extremely prominent. They do not cause pain or restlessness. They are there without any real problems. And small part on the left side of the inner mouth feels like sand paper.
