A proper clinical examination will be the best way to evaluate the current condition to arrive at a rational diagnosis. Absence of symptoms is not the only criteria to declare a condition as harmless. Size, location, duration, surface features are some of the criteria to make the judgement.
The right treatment, if required, can be suggested after a proper diagnosis has been made.
