Constant tooth ache
I have been having a constant tooth ache from 2 days.Took several pain killer but no relief.

Medications, whether antibiotics or pain killers, only provide temporary symptomatic relief in case of dental infections. Unless the cause of that infection is identified and objectivity treated, the symptoms will continue to reappear, sometimes with even higher intensity. Please contact your dentist for proper clinical examination to evaluate the present condition of the tooth. An x-ray might also be required for the same. The right treatment can be advised only after a proper diagnosis has been made. The treatment can be root canal treatment (if the tooth is restorable) or even extraction (if the current condition of the tooth is beyond repair). Regards.
