Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello, recently I've had this sensation of only swallowing on one side and I've noticed a small lump left of my uvula. It is the same color as the rest of my mouth, i think its been there for about 1-2 months. No sore throat.

Want cleaning and tooth cap for my destroyed teeth. there are 3 or 4 teeth is dead and i am suffering from some pain and infection

I have had my bonded retainer for a couple of months and the top wire has detached half-way from my upper teeth. My next appointment is in four days (can't make it sooner), and I don't know whether to try remove it or leave it?

Doctors specialized in which segment should be able to help me out in problem pertaining to tongue. Pls recommend.
