Hi doctor I am severely got palm swelled
Mam i am need your remedy for the palm swelled and last internal teeth pain in the right side of face and problem is that i cant swallow or eat the food,kindly suggest me and provide me the remedies.

This could be due to wisdom tooth which is not erupted completely leading to food lodgement and infected gum over the tooth region. This leads to pain and discomfort. Meet an oral surgeon as soon as possible, get an xray done and get it removed if it is troubling as there is no role of wisdom tooth in our mouth.
