Whether putting cap to tooth increases chance of infection in teeth..? Since decay is wide, the filling done is filling down.

Since the kids is 4year old and it is a milk teeth and till the permanent tooth come it has to be retained if filling doesn't require a pulpectomy and the filling is repeatedly falling of you can put a crown on the teeth ,just evaluate with an x-ray before going ahead with crown this is my advise ,

No, if a cap (Tooth Crown) is prepared and fixed nicely without leaving any decay in tooth at the time of tooth preparation, cap doesn't increase any chance of infection rather safeguard and increase the life of the tooth.
