Poor oral hygiene or cavities are some of the reasons for bad breath. Visit your dentist to rule out these. Just using a mouthwash or any other medicine might not solve your problem

Get ur teeth clean by dentist ,and use mouth wash. Ideally at every six month interval scaling should be done to maintain proper oral health
