Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear Doctor, I am 45 year old male. About 3 months back I felt severe pain in my upper jaw tooth. I consulted a dentist who said there is an infected tooth and prescribed tablets and injection. After taking the medicines the pain subsided and disappeared completely. I started using sensodyne tooth paste also. Now after 3 months the pain started again. Should I take the tablets prescribed earlier (like combiflame etc) or should I go back to the doctor for tooth extraction. Pls advice and help.

My brother imran in accidant and is creak the upper teeth so best method is replacemebt plate dantal or bridge dantal plzz suggest me..
