Constant pain in tooth and headache

I want to tell my problem throughly I am facing bad pain in tooth, also cold and cough too. I having pain in head in left side plese anyone help me its too much hurting me I am away from my family so help tellme solution also i have breathing problem at sleeping time

Are you allergic to any drug? If not you can take a painkiller Aceclofenac paracetamol combination (E.g. Hifenac P or Acenac P or Zerodol P ) 1 tab sos for pain always after food and also antacid e.g. Pan 40 or Rapeed 20 1 tab before food or empty stomach. Please visit a dentist for further diagnosis and treatment in your area
