Now its been 2 month the extraction place is recovered completely but the tooth next to it still have slight pain. Till when it will go. It seems the tooth got kind of fracture at time of extraction. Please see xRay and suggest. Its RCT is done 3 month back but bcoz of pain after extraction we didn't done final filling on it assuming it will get recover after some time. But that next tooth is not well till now. Still feels some pain.

Hello. Hope you are doing well. It seems that there is still some infection present over the root area of the RCT treated tooth. Since the Xray you have provided is little tampered it's best ro visit your dentist again and clarify if there is any infection present in the RCT treated tooth. In such case you need to get reRCT done.
Health Tips
Warm saline mouthwash 3-4 times daily

Your x ray is not very clear. Please provide a good x ray for diagnostic point of view. Generally the RCT operated tooth does not cause any pain because all the nerves and vessels are removed from it . But it seems like there is some radiolucency around the mesial root of second last molar this might be due to some local infection or the RCT is not done correctly . Pain might be because of that. The filling which was removed is not a cause of concern you can get it done again . If the pain is very mild then you can tell your near by dentist to prescribe you analgesics or if you are having severe pain then book an appointment with your doctor to resolve the issue.
Next Steps
Donot apply too much pressure on that area . Donot clench the teeth with opposite arch.
Health Tips
Consult with the doctor either online or in clinic if required
