Tab Signoflam twice daily provided you aren’t allergic to it. Please show the nearest dentist as soon as possible. Could be a deep caries in one of your teeth, that is causing this unbearable pain.

Medication without examining is not advisable. You can help yourself with any pain killer which you usually take. Get an Xray of the tooth and proceed accordingly. If the cavity is deep and involving the pulp you can do the RCT and save the tooth. If the tooth is very much decayed without a scope for rct, extraction will be preferred.
Next Steps
Please don't bite something hard from that side. No home remedies like applying Amrut anjali, etc externally.

Taking medications without examination is not advisable since we don't know the condition inside the tooth So please consult dentist near by for check up and if tooth is decayed too much then rct has to be done and grossly destructed then extraction has to be done but prior to any thing we need to take a x ray and then decide on the treatments You can visit my clinic in Bangalore close to kr puram
Next Steps
visit dentist

Visit the dentist , X-ray & tenderness to percussion should confirm the tooth involved . Relevant to X-ray - treatment would be recommended antibiotics + analgesics 2 Rct or x’n ..or any other if irrelevant

Night pain is typical of nerve exposure which means you have a cavity which has spread to the pulp inside the tooth you will mostly need a root canal please visit a dentist and get an X-ray done to confirm
