Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello Doctor I am suffering from mouth ulcer since last one month and sometimes pain is unbearable. I had taken many antibiotics and Medicines but still couldn't get rid over it. Please suggest something effective asap. Thank You

I have many small lumps inside my lips and tounge which i have noticed recently when one of them started giving a bumpy feel on my mouth. No pain or discoloration in the lumps. Whom should i consult ? Ent/dentist/GP/.. I found one of the lump 1 month back and i visited a ENT doc. He said it is a mucolene . But now i have found out more than 10 lumps in and around lip and also in tounge. Should i be worried ?

I have pain in any of my tooth but it last only for seconds. I am sending my x ray. Please tell me my first molar is affected or not and needs some kind of treatment or not. Does it need root canal treatment. Is the cavity deep into the pulp. If first molar is in need of any kind to treatment. Please suggest. If i go for root canal for my first molar then is it the right way because the tooth is deeply fix in my inner chick. Is it call a live tooth after being treated by root canal.

Sir I have been advised dental implants after being met with an accident exactly 3 weeks back . Until then they have given me partial dentures . I'm having some serious trouble after wearing them .I can speak clearly but it's very inconvenient and that pain has spread all over my neck and head . Since im disturbed since many days after loosing my 3 teeth this dentures have made the condition still more worse . I wish I could type more and but word limit !! Kindly help , thank you
