Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am sending my latest x ray. Please tell me in which molar tooth the infection lies in. One molar tooth or two. If i go for root canal then is it necessary to do rct for second molar and the first molar both. If  i will go only for second molar then is it right to leave the first molar as it is. I am confused to do root canal for which tooth. If there is any other solution please tell me. I am worry about my first molar toorh. Kindly suggest the right solution.

My daughter had swollen cheek due to toothache. She was given clavam and lbugesic. But pain is unbearable in her cheek. pls advise

Gums of my lower incisor teeth are swollen and is paining. Both inner and outer gums are swollen. A tooth which is a bit inside and not in a line is paining

Small white spots(5 to 6) in lower part of mouth. It is too painful and also i am having some headache.

But i consult another dentist he is saying that first molar also want rct or extration. If i go with the first dentist then what would I do for first molar. Is it ok to go with the first dentist. Is there any infection in the first molar. Would the infection if there is any be spread over time. Can the situation go worse over time. Suggest me for which dentist i choose the right one.
