Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear doctor. I have been detected for atopic dermatitis by my physician. And he recommended me 3 medicines 1. Lycored 2. Injection Nervijen IM 3. Tess ointment I need to know how to apply ointment inside my mouth..as I frequently get the rashes inside mouth (Affected area -under tongue and around the border of tongue and inside of both upper and lower lips). Do I have to take Lycored before breakfast or after breakfast? Is the injection Nervijen safe to take? Please solve my doubts..

My teeth has become red from inside because of cheewing pan so now i have stop eating that now i want to clean my teeth

I am sending a x-ray. Please tell me for which tooth i want to get for root canal. My first upper molar or second molar is affected or only second molar is affected. What would i do for my first molar.

I am 24 yr old.. 5 yrs back used to have jaw pain.. which used to go away after medication... but after some time.. used to come back.. finally a doc gave me an antibiotic namely ROXAXY (RETHEROMYSIN). That cured my problem almost permanently. but now after 5 years it came back.. it sometime locks my jaw... wat could b the problem... any medicine or any other suggestion. thanks
