Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had viral fever and temperature was 104 but from yesterday fever has gone but my mouth is filled with ulcer and I am not able to get taste of anything. From yesterday I am taking becasule capsule but no improvement.. Please suggest me what should I do for fast recovery..

I have a constant pain in my upper and lower right molars. Even a strong painkiller is unable to stop the pain. How do I stop it

I noticed that I bite my cheek in sleep. There is a white ridge in one cheek which branches out and looks like the imprint of my teeth. I have seen two dentists and one ENT. Diagnosed, lichen planus, acid reflux and Linea alba. My upper wisdom tooth constantly scratches my cheek now a days. I have a 30 year old amalgam filling and two recently done amalgums. All problems started after the last filling. I was under the impression that it was a composite resin filling but it was not.

I have a cavity and from past few days was having some pain in the same . Todat I have a swelling on the right side gum.

I have periodontal problem before I has fitted with braces but my dentist had done scaling and planing before that. However I went abroad and was not able to see my dentist every month. Now, I have an xray done and it showed bone loss but I dont know how severe it was. Can I still continue having my braces while doing some periodontal treatment? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
