Plz visit yr local dentist and get an xray of the concern tooth done.. Mostly it will go for root canal followed by restoration and crown of the concerned tooth..

Rinse your mouth with water properly and apply clove oil or Colgate pain out there. Keeping a piece of clove there may also give some relief from pain. You can take a tablet of Combiflam or dolo 650 for pain relief.
