Tooth and Mouth Problems

Bad breath since childhood and I'm now 20 year old , i went to doctor but no solution for me. I'm very emotional now, i cant smell but when i set with friend closely then they feel from me.

Once I had a problem 1 year back, I took SENSIGEL prescribed by a dentist. Now from 1 month around again I feel same pain in my teeth while taking food or water( left side more). I think I should choose a good toothpaste which minimizes the cause of it. Currently using (VICCO Bajradanti). Should I apply sensigel again? Please suggest some cure and toothpaste also. I have a clicking Sound and jaw lock on the right side but its not painful at all but its irritating

Hello sir, I used to be tobacco consumer but i left this all at this year august.but after quirring tobbaco i found some patches in my cheeks. Is there any ointment to apply on that patches tp remove them or any medicines ? Please refer.

I have some mouth ulcers in lower part of mouth. They are too tiny and large in numbers. They are too painful.
