When was the rct done and did you get a crown as well? Please visit the dentist for x-ray which will show if the filling was satisfactorily done . They will guide you if anything else needs to be done after seeing x-ray.
Next Steps
Ketorol dt can manage pain for few hours . You will have to take multiple doses twice or thrice daily , if you are unable to visit the dentist immediately.
