Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had my rct done a year ago with filling done. All goes fine..Until a bit of extra pressure on the rct tooth occurs while chewing hard substances. The pain becomes unbearable after that. What should I do?

I am not satisfied with the shade of filling in my tooth..can I get it changed?
