Tooth and Mouth Problems

Blister in mouth doesn't hurt i used to eat gutka before 5 months i left it i am totally confused what to do

My saliva smells bad even after brushing my teeth. There are plaques on my teeth.. Is this the reason? What shall i do?

I had two fillings done 5 days ago , one on my upper left side and another on my lower right. the dentist had initially given me two shots one on each side but had to give me another on my left side. after treatment i noticed more soreness and slight swelling on my left side than my right but it was bearable. last night i noticed the swelling getting worse. today i woke up and the swelling is very noticeable and the soreness is much worse, my cheek is tender to the touch. is this normal?

Nowadays i am unable to eat spicy food.. Inside my mouth on left side skin near teeth is disturbed.. Kuch bhi khane pe jhaal lagta hai.. I need to know..
