Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a tooth pulled two days ago from the top right of my mouth, second from the back. The pain is absolutely terrible. I have been taking parecetamol and neurofin plus without any alleviation. I just want to know if it could be infected?

Severe swelling at one teeth...last teeth of lower jaw....from last night............. ....

I have porcelain crown (metal)on front tooth(rct done) Dentist replace it with zirconia crown in bangalore. She told me it will take 2-3hours in first sitting. She will remove my 4yrs old porcelain crown. It will take too much time? Is it painful? How can I go college? It will look very odd. I am 19yrs old girl. Please help me.

I have had under jaw pain on both sides of my jaw. Mostly on the right side now. When I touch my jaw I can feel lumps on both sides. Also when I put my hand behind my right ear it soothes the pain a little. I dont have any new cavities. What can I do.

I am 20years old girl. Dentist will replace my porcelain crown with zirconia on front teeth in 3-4 sittings. In between how I can go college as it is in front zone? Does temporary crown look natural? Isn't it look unnatural or very bad while smiling.?I am very tensed. Please help me.

I've had ulcer like patches all over my tongue for about 6months+, sometimes it can be really sore and painful. I don't drinks fizzy drinks or many hot drinks. I mainly drink water and I've tried changing water bottles and drinking from just new bottles every time. I don't eat many aciddy foods. I have no idea what it could be, I used to wear retainers but stopped wearing them as thought mayb it was them but hasn't changed anything? I don't often go to my GP as I get embarrassed easily.

I diagnose with true generalise macrodontia in which tooth becomes very large than normal and my tooth also very large and my all lower left and right lower molar which includes first second and third molar compressing my inferior alveolar nerve canal revealed in cbct properly and my dentist had said for the all six tooth extraction of mandible arch for my treatment and get a flexible dentures on both sides and implant later as to relief my strange symptoms of pain and sensation tingling type

I have been brushing twice a day and used to clean tongue, but the plaque in the tongue is not getting reduced. What might be the cause? What can be done to clean it?

Having sensitivity in teeths &  What could be the solution please? Root canal is the only option or if anything else?

Had 2 rounds of cleaning after Gingivitis detection. Still having daily bleeding of gums after 2 weeks of being treated. Although most Swelling is gone.The bleeding happens only at night for some reason. Is this normal? Possible reasons? How much time does it take to reverse this? Should I visit my doctor again?
