Front teeth is protruding outward slightly Want to correct the alignment What need to be done and how much it'll cost

Only Front two tooth got stains due to fluroid. Small yellow line is present on front two tooth. Is there any technique to remove that stains.

My tooth is paining although it's been root canal treatment done only cap is pending, root canal I did one of two months back

My mother, aged around 60 have this. She doesn't have BP, Diabetes. We have consulted dermatologist, gynecologist, gastrointestinal & physician but unable to diagnose the exact problem. She had undergone few blood examination with negative reports but still this sore is not gone. Initially occuring with chapped lips and followed by the sore. She too gets mild pain in stomach.Always getting pain on the lip followed by blood. Sometimes she'll be fine & again it'll be there. Can someone please help
