Tooth and Mouth Problems

My 2 tooth was broken due to accident . I want a new permanent tooth what i can do

Hi there , I basically hail from Mysore . Exactly 3 weeks back I met with an accident and lost 3 front upper teeth . So first aid was given and I'm currently being diagnosed for root canal treatment for the one which is shaking (4th one ) and will I get the old Strenght back ? I need to get my implants done . As I'm not satisfied with the dentists in Mysore , so it would be of great help if anyone guides me regarding the best know implant specialist in Bangalore or anywhere in Karnataka .thanks

Than what I used to relief this kind of things becoz it's to much panning I eat banana n some apple in fasting from21 to 29 so what I applied so that it's gone in my mouth plz tell me some good tablet or gel n all

Root canal cap broken from middle what are the option now a new cap or I need to do a root canal again
