I'm having mouth infection and throat pain for the past one week. More wounds on the sides of the mouth and also in throat. Because of that severe headache is also there. Please give suggestions.

When i eat i get a little bump in my roof top of my mouth and it goes away once i get done eating but it take like 20 mins until it goes away.
