Tooth and Mouth Problems

Toothache daily and currently taking antibiotic. Today is the 4th day of taking antibiotic. This needs to be extracted today but had not had enough sleep so I missed the 1pm appointment. I need a doctor for extractionm tomorrow, Sunday.

My daughter is 19yrs old. In an accident her front tooth was half broken and dentist had done rct and porcelain crown fitted. My daughter always says that when she eats, spoon or water bottle touches on it. If spoon hurts gently on the crown, will it be problem for crown?She is always afraid taking her crown. In vehicle drinking water bottle lightly hurts her crown. Is it harmful for future? She is so younger. I am very concerned about my daughter. Please help me clearing my doubts.

Ty sir.is there any ointment to apply on that patches so that it will get healed instantly. I am using braces and sometimes the coil also rubs in cheeks.and i quitted smoking and chewing tobbacco. Is there any ointment to apply on that patches. Will the patches be disappear themselves after some time.

I am 26 yrs every 4 to 5months I pain while opening my mouth.it pains in the left side near the joint along with numbness..

I am sending my latest x ray. Please tell me in which molar tooth the infection lies in. One molar tooth or two. If i go for root canal then is it necessary to do rct for second molar and the first molar both. If  i will go only for second molar then is it right to leave the first molar as it is. I am confused to do root canal for which tooth. If there is any other solution please tell me. I am worry about my first molar toorh. Kindly suggest the right solution.

My daughter had swollen cheek due to toothache. She was given clavam and lbugesic. But pain is unbearable in her cheek. pls advise
