When a dentist says that I need extraction of my wisdom tooth which is well functioning but slightly tilted against my second molar, should I get the extraction done or should I consult another dentist? Kindly help Thank you

I have many small lumps inside my lips and tounge which i have noticed recently when one of them started giving a bumpy feel on my mouth. No pain or discoloration in the lumps. Whom should i consult ? Ent/dentist/GP/.. I found one of the lump 1 month back and i visited a ENT doc. He said it is a mucolene . But now i have found out more than 10 lumps in and around lip and also in tounge. Should i be worried ?
