  4. Toothache for 3 days. Part of tooth.

Toothache for 3 days
I have been having toothache for last 3 days . The ache is consistent. A few days ago it was just a sensation when I eat or drink something. Before one year that tooth was filled in but the filling came out in 2 months with some part of tooth.
