Hi I have got tartar and plague on my teeth and I'm thinking to go for scaling are there any disadvantages or are there any other methods for removal of plague? please help me out.

I'm suffering from excessive watering and salivation in mouth for long years. It leads to drooling while sleeping and i cannot able to speak or communicate clearly. Kindly advise me to take what kind of treatment, specialist to approach and what causes this to me. Sometimes i feel heartburn and acidity. Is there any home remedies for this problem ? Bad breath since childhood and I'm now 20 year old , i went to doctor but no solution for me. I'm very emotional now, i cant smell but when i set with friend closely then they feel from me.

Once I had a problem 1 year back, I took SENSIGEL prescribed by a dentist. Now from 1 month around again I feel same pain in my teeth while taking food or water( left side more). I think I should choose a good toothpaste which minimizes the cause of it. Currently using (VICCO Bajradanti). Should I apply sensigel again? Please suggest some cure and toothpaste also.
