Tooth and Mouth Problems

Small white spots(5 to 6) in lower part of mouth. It is too painful and also i am having some headache.

After doing RCT will the infection be removed permanently or is it like i have to do it several times. Is it a permanent solution or removing teeth is..?

I am sending my latest x-ray. According to the nearby dentist he is saying that your second molar needs rct and nothingelse needed. But i consult another dentist he is saying that first molar also want rct or extration. If i go with the first dentist then what would I do for first molar. Is it ok to go with the first dentist. Is there any infection in the first molar. Would the infection if there is any be spread over time. Can the situation go worse over time. Suggest me for which dentist i choose the right one. Please tell your opinion.

Is emax the best option for front crown? Is it not so durable and have no strength as much as zirconia lava? One dentist suggested me for emax crown for my front teeth and other adviced me for lava zirconia. Second dentist told me if I want to bite with my front teeth then lava zirconia is the best option, but with emax crown I can't bite anything. Is it true? I told her that I want to bite with my front teeth. Then she suggested for zirconia crown. Only emax gives natural look.
