So I had sores initially for some days but they got cured within sometime.
But since a week or so I've been noticing red bumps on extreme back of my tongue. They don't pain or bleed.
Tried to read online and it's stating it's some Papillae.
Please guide me regarding the same. I've been trying to touch them and scratch them off slightly.

Hi
It is quite possible they may b overinflamed papillae of the tongue ...but still one needs to examine and observe them before any final diagosis
I would real suggest to show it to an oral speacialist
