Red bumps on tongue, sore mouth
Since 2 days I am having very painful sore mouth, there are small red bumps on my tongue and red ulcers having white dot at centre are also there on the cheeks inside my mouth. When I wake up my mouth is very painful and even talking is painful

Visit a dentist soon and to subside it rinse mouth with salt water and baking soda mixture. Regards Dr Purva Jingar BDS
