Mouth sores non painful
I got few mouth sores canker sores all over mouth, all pained and started healing . One ulcer in lower lip inside not painful .. any concerns? Kindly advise

Hi According to the picture it looks like a normal Apthous ulcer but if it’s not really painful please visit the dentist for physical evaluation

If it’s paining it might be a normal stress ulcer , if it isn’t really paining it’s better if you consult a nearby dentist
