Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can I bite chapatis, bread, biscuits and fruits (like guava, mango, apples) with my front zirconia lava crown being rct. Before 4yrs in an accident my front tooth was half broken and dentist had done rct and porcelain crown fitted. Now I have replaced it with zirconia crown. Can I bite everything except hard edible things. I am 20yrs old girl and I am very tensed. In young age I faced so many problems. Please help me and clarify my doubts. Please..

In how many days after a RCT should we get the crown fixed ? And which material crown is better ?

Sir after root canal teeth pain sure stop and its not create any problems in future like again to again visit dentist,cancer any other problem.

So for the 3 lost ones I need to get my implants done .some suggest to wait until I'm 21 or more since the facial development takes place . I'm in the middle of nowhere , really worried .
