Is the use of zytee gel inside mouth is safe for kids?
If he swallow zytee gel will it be a problem?

My braces are coming off next month & I wish to opt for permanent retainer only but my orthodontist says permanent retainer cannot be worn alone if I wear a permanent retainer I will have to wear an Essix retainer on it as well? Is this true Permanent retainer is not enough to retain teeth & has been worn with Essix retainer? Please help
