As per your description it seems to be a case of gingivitis which is an inflammation of the gums caused due to accumulation of plaque and calculus. Bleeding would be present whenever the inflamed Gingiva is disturbed . The peeling of gums is perhaps a result of your overbrushing on the inflamed Gingiva or may even be due to poor oral hygiene.
Next Steps
1.Visit a dentist for thorough evaluation of your periodontal status and to get a scaling done. 2. Maintain proper oral hygiene.
