Having a gum and teeth ach in lower jaw in the right side from last 15 days.I now started having difficulty in chewing and there is a pain in right ear also.

You should get x rays done first of all. That would help the dentist know the problem it could be a wisdom tooth issue or some infection in the gums also. Get it checked to the earliest for some relief try salt water gargling.
