Your description is not very precise to diagnose whether you are suffering from a gum problem or a tooth problem or both. Please visit the dentist as soon as possible so that the right diagnosis can be made after a proper clinical examination and an x-ray. The right treatment as well as the cost can be explained to you after that. Regards
