Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth has become yellow and my breath smells what should I do to get whiter teeth and it is possible to get rid of bad smell of breath

Good evening. I required your opinion on my problem. 2 days back my tooth started hurting horrible- throbbing pain in one tooth- rct done on same 8 months ago.. not getting better with painkiller. Today went to dentist- teeth xray was normal.. she gave me antibiotics for 5 days but requested her to schedule my re RCT tomorrow.. I also happened to consult a friend who is a dentist regarding re rct- she advised me that I should wait for at least five days and complete my antibiotic course before thinking about re rct.. I have now fixed an appointment for the same but feeling confused whether I should wait or not. Today I had 2 antibiotics and 2 dose of painkiller and the pain is going for few hours with the medicine.. thank you.

My father is 80 year old.  Only 7 to 8  of his teeth  are in good condition as he eats a lot of tobacco Is implant better or CD better Is implant risky for old people? We want less pain and less complication as he is too old. Kindly advise safest and least painful?

I have horizontal line on my two front teeth and my left incisor is shooted upwards and there's a gap between my teeth. What will be the quickest and cheapest way to resolve it. I am sharing the image for better clarity.

This morning while brushing my teeth, I hit my upper right gum with the top part of my plastic toothbrush. It turned out to be a small whitish cluster. It's lightly painful to touch and upon touching the area with my tongue I can feel a very small bump exactly where I got hit. Additionally, my upper and lower gums are kind of greyish black (this was from previous and not related to this incident). Can somebody please help me understand if this is something serious, can this be cancerous and/or what's the right way to proceed now? P.S - Whoever replies, thank you doctor for taking the time out to respond to my question and helping me out of this issue.

Yesterday morning while brushing my teeth, I hit my upper right gum with the top of my plastic toothbrush. Post which, the area turned out to be a small white cluster. Can someone help me understand how to get rid of it and if this is something of cancer or not! P.S - Thank you for taking your time out to reply to my question doctor. Hello doctor I have tongue ulcer. I go to dental checkup. Doctor tell it is due to stomach problem or sharp teeth. It rub betadine on my tongue both side. I accidentally swallow without rinse with water. Is there is any serious issue or not ?? After that I wash my mouth 4 times but there is metallic taste in my mouth. Please suggest dentist use regular betadine which is harmful or mouth betadine..I am in so much stress.

I am having pain in the wisdom tooth. For 1-2 days it was in the tooth only and was bearable but now my whole jaw is in pain and half of the head hurts. Please suggest any medicine
