Hello, Based on the description and clinical picture it looks like a traumatic fibroma. Which can be caused due to accidental cheek bite. This is usually harmless. If it is painful or bothering you or if it increases in size further, then you can get it removed under local anaesthesia.

Most probably it's a mucocele. It is a small cystic growth and nothing serious buy once get it clinically checked.
