SURGICAL PATHOLOGY REPORT
: Swelling left cheek.
No history or clinical findings received
: Received 1 crey brown soft tissue bit measuring 06 x 0.4 x 0.4
cm. Cut surface is grey brown, soft.
: Swelling left cheek: Features are suggestive of fibroepithelial polyp with koilocytic change seen.
No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy seen.
Again I'm feeling some very small or tiny formation came on the same spot..
Is it because of biting/chewing or what. I'm healthy too I mean I've face fat. The cheek comes between teeth whenever talking or eating something.The report was from 20-22nd May around this year only.
