Hi doctor. Does consuming cow/buffalo milk also causes cavities? Am thinking to replace breast milk with cow/buffalo milk in bottle at night. Does it help in avoiding cavities?

Im suffering yellowish ,I feel burning , sting in my tongue Im in my 4 days after my wisdom tooth extraction..I dont know what to do?I gargle water with salt still the buring and sting still there?pls help..is there someone same situation to me. My 1.5 year baby has cavities. We got her fillings and fluoride varnish for all teeth. So I have stopped day time breastfeeding. But night its being very very difficult. Can I continue night feeds. Do cavities again arise if I continue bf at night? If I try to wipe her teeth after feed she is waking up and start crying. Am very worried about this process. Plz help me doctor

I had root canal a week back. There was no pain. But after placing crown there is pain while biting. Is the pain natural and will subside in few days? Please let me know.

I can see some white tissue formation at the location where lower wisdom teeth are situated. I was suffering from pain there for a few months when the dentist gave me pain killers. But there is no pain there today, but that white tissue really seems concerning. On the right side, it bleeds sometimes while brushing. Do I need to get it extracted? I've been a smoker for the past few years and quit recently.
